We operate out of Portland, OR in the United States. All of our inventory is held in Portland and ships from Portland, OR.

My name is Kerri - I spent many years in a highly stressful career working with technology companies in finance, operations, and corporate leadership. During this time, puzzles became my go-to activity, allowing me to engage my mind while providing much-needed stress relief and a sense of personal connection. This passion for puzzles grew over the years.
In early 2024, I decided to take a sabbatical from my corporate life to pursue something I truly love and care about: jigsaw puzzles. This led to the creation of The Puzzle Center, a small family-run business dedicated to sharing the joy of puzzling with others. We love interacting with our customers and connecting with our ever-growing community of puzzlers. We have many exciting ideas in store and always enjoy hearing your suggestions as well.

We completely get it, we change our minds too!
If it is within 24 hours of placing your order AND your order has not shipped, please send us a message at hello@thepuzzlecenter.com. We will do our best to cancel your order.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled (yes, many times it ships within 24 hours).
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. You can see our refunds page to learn more about requesting a return.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.
You may also call us or send us a text message at 503-433-2942 - Because we are a small family run business, we don't staff our phones 100% during business hours. If we don't answer, we will get back to you as soon as we can, so please do leave us a message or send us a text message.

Our standard order processing time is1 business day. Our order cut off time is noon Pacific Time and orders placed before noon typically ship same day.
We process orders and ship only from Portland, OR.
Once your order is processed you can expect to receive confirmation from us promptly. Shipping times vary, but most
orders arrive within 3-7 days from the date of shipment.

When you check out, you will have the option to select which shipping method you prefer. The cost for each method will be displayed. Choose the method and costs that is appropriate to you.
We package every puzzle in a box. We DO NOT use poly bags or padded bags. We know how important the puzzle box is to you and we do our best to protect it. That means that costs are a little more because boxes ship by dimensional weight, not product weight. Bags are always cheaper, but we want to make sure your product gets to you without damage!

Many puzzles we carry are made in the US. There are some puzzles we carry that are not. We are working to add the manufacturing location of each puzzle to each product, but if it is not listed, you can find a general comprehensive list here.
We are working to keep up to date on tariffs as the information changes frequently. We work to price all puzzles fairly and competitively. That being said, we will work to absorb as much of the tariff fees as our business can. In some cases we may only pass along a small portion of the tariff. In other cases we may choose not to carry the product any longer because the tariff costs means the product will be too expensive to carry or not reasonable price conscious for our customers.

Items must be returned within 90 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, in original unsealed box and/or bag, and include all the original packaging. See policy for full details on making a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@thepuzzlecenter.com.

YES! We carry many puzzles with EZ Grip and will continue to expand our collection.
Do Your Puzzles Have Color Posters?

Every puzzle brand is different. If we know there is a color poster included, that will be listed in the "contents" section on each product page.
Missing Pieces
Missing Pieces
We get it! Missing pieces happen and it makes your experience less than ideal!
Please send us an email to hello@thepuzzlecenter.com with a picture of the area with the missing piece as well as the puzzle you purchased and your name. We will open a case with the puzzle manufacturer to see if they can assist in replacing the piece. We cannot guarantee that we can get your piece, but we'll do our best!

How can I earn points?

Shop and Earn: Get 5 points for every dollar you spend (excluding shipping costs) – that’s a 5% back in points! Whether it's a picture puzzle or dog puzzles, you’re always earning.
Social Media Rewards:
Like us on Facebook – earn 50 points.
Follow us on Instagram – earn 50 points.
Birthday Bonus: Celebrate with us and get 200 points as a birthday gift!
Referral Rewards: Love our puzzles? Share the fun with your friends! For every friend who makes a purchase of $25 or more using your referral link, you’ll receive a $5 off coupon, and your friend will also receive a $5 discount on purchases over $25.
How do I redeem my points?

For every 100 points, you’ll get $1 to use on your next purchase.
Flexible Redemption: Redeem in 100-point increments – no minimum or maximum limit. You’re free to save up points or redeem them as you go.
In order to redeem your points, you must be signed in.
1. Add your products to the cart.
2. Click on the Puzzle Points orange icon at the bottom right of your screen. (with the gift box)
3. Click on Ways to Redeem
4. All of your rewards options and progress to that reward will be listed in this screen. If you have a enough points for a reward, you will see the "Redeem" button next to it. Click on the "Redeem" button next to it.
5. Select how many points you would like to redeem with the slider. Then click on "Redeem"
6. A coupon code will appear on the final screen. You can either copy the code and enter manually at check out in the coupon code screen, or you may click on "apply code" to apply it to your shopping cart. You should see the coupon code applied in your shopping cart at check out.
Note: Once a you have redeemed your points for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until you decide to use it on a purchase, or until the reward expires. Points are not automatically returned to your account if a reward is redeemed and not used.

Points can only be earned on purchases made directly through our website. Purchases through the Facebook Marketplace or other marketplaces do not qualify. Not because we don't want to, but because the marketplaces don't allow our points app to track your purchases and give you points.
Rewards points discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
