We operate out of Portland, OR in the United States. A majority of our stock is located in our warehouse in Portland and will shop from Portland.

My name is Kerri - I spent many years in a highly stressful career working with technology companies in finance, operations, and corporate leadership. During this time, puzzles became my go-to activity, allowing me to engage my mind while providing much-needed stress relief and a sense of personal connection. This passion for puzzles grew over the years.
In early 2024, I decided to take a sabbatical from my corporate life to pursue something I truly love and care about: jigsaw puzzles. This led to the creation of The Puzzle Center, a small family-run business dedicated to sharing the joy of puzzling with others. We love interacting with our customers and connecting with our ever-growing community of puzzlers. We have many exciting ideas in store and always enjoy hearing your suggestions as well.

We completely get it, we change our minds too!
If it is within 24 hours of placing your order AND your order has not shipped, please send us a message at purchases@thepuzzlecenter.com. We will do our best to cancel your order.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled (yes, sometimes it ships within 24 hours).
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.
You may also call us or send us a text message at 503-433-2942 - Because we are a small family run business, we don't staff our phones 100% during business hours. If we don't answer, we will get back to you as soon as we can, so please do leave us a message or send us a text message.

We currently ship to the United States. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Our standard order processing time is 48 hours or less.
We ship from a few different locations. The majority of our items ship from the United States, while a select few originate from Canada or China. Rest assured, we prioritize swift shipping.
Once your order is processed you can expect to receive confirmation from us promptly. Shipping times vary, but most
orders arrive within 3-12 days from the date of shipment. For products with longer shipping times, we make sure to provide clear notations on the product page.

Items must be returned within 21 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, in original unsealed box and/or bag, and include all the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at purchases@thepuzzlecenter.com and provide your name and original order number.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at purchases@thepuzzlecenter.com.
