Ukrainian artist Daria Hlazatova thinks of her artwork and style as a synthesis of everything she has seen, enjoyed, and dreamed of. Her works tap into a powerful feminine quality that is somewhere between dreamy and earth-goddess punk. Her style—rich in lacy detail and rife with spontaneous, rhythmic energy—lends itself to the starscapes and mythical figures that she often portrays.
